Phase 5 checklist for new team members. Served from /phase5/sales/onboarding.

  1. CRM & dashboards
    Access Market, Pipeline, Competitors, Clients, and Regulatory views; confirm map token / API URL.
  2. Ideal client profile
    Read `config/ideal_client_profile.yaml` and confirm region name hints match property.region data.
  3. Playbooks 1–7
    Understand trigger → playbook mapping; use sequence enrollments for follow-up timing.
  4. Outreach guardrails
    CASL / Law 25: physical address in email, unsubscribe, `do_not_contact` respected.
  5. Lead score calibration
    Pipeline closed_won / closed_lost labels feed weekly self-tuning weights (Celery phase5-calibrate-weekly).
  6. Referral partners
    Each partner has a portal token URL for lead stats; track referrals in CRM.
